Course Snapshot: What is going on inside that character’s mind? What outcome is this character trying to invoke? In this acting course, students will learn how to answer these questions by exploring a variety of scripts and performance techniques. These techniques will equip students to independently analyze a variety of dramatic texts, connect their physical realities to a range of characters, and express subtextual content using clear performance choices. Throughout, students will inquire how these dramatic tools can be applied to their lives outside of the theatre.
